What is Wellbeing Coaching?

Put simply it is one to one sessions working with Hannah to achieve your own individual wellbeing goals.

Hannah takes a holistic strengths based approach and can support you in a range of areas including mental health, stress, anxiety, workload, confidence, self -esteem and routine to name a few.

​

With a wealth of training and experience Hannah will help you to find your own solutions to better wellbeing. 

​

Sessions are online although face to face is available in the local area.  A 50 minute session is £40.
